Pathetic Service

Absolute Pathetic Service. Booking was made, paid in full, then i was told its a double booking due to glitch in the system. was refunded half (R2700) 2 months later still waiting on balance of R2250 to be refunded. sent numerous emails to *** date no feedback, i will never use this site again. absolutely appaling.......no customer service whatsover.
