Pathetic non existent Breakers Umhlanga security & reception service!

It is 3:47am. Since 3:18am i have tried calling reception at Breakers Resort booked via Bookings.com, from the resort phone and my own phone. It is impossible to get through. I am trying to report knocks on the door and attempted tampering with the door handle! I booked via bookings.com . This is pathetic! Read all the reviews on site before booking here. I have a ti wake up to leave to a meeting in 2 hours time! This is terrible!
