Pathetic Booking.com service

I have booked accommodation through Booking.com and did not receive afterwards, as is standard practice, the opportunity to rate the experience. 13 days and 3 mails later to address the situation, and I'm still waiting for a response. Pathetic (lack of) service; won't ever book through them again.
