Pathetic Booking.com & Emirates

I have been trying for months to correct my daughter's surname on her ticket. Booking.com keeps saying they can't assist, I have sent 7 emails, made numerous calls even called Emirates a few times. How can this not be done when Emirates keeps stating that the reservation and ticket was initiated by Booking.com and not them and that they can change it. Yet I keep hearing apologies and nothing is being done, there are 8 other passengers on these tickets, how do I cancel and book again almost 8 months later. Booking.com supervisor literally gives a missed call (Nicky D) and I answered and there was no reply. What pathetic service so true. I want to be assisted, what more must I do
