Pathetic Booking.com

The most pathetic website, can never get answers or help. Overcharge on commission. All emails are no reply and i have never used such a pathetic booking site and its so pathetic you cant even delete your account or your property. Cant even sign in as they don't recognize our emails and we have been using it for ages...........
