Pathetic b2b service, they do not care about you.

I have never seen a company with such terrible b2b customer service, especially considering that without us they'd be no where. They've blocked my account for 6 months making it hard for my guesthouse to thrive and on top of that they've threatened legal action for not having invoices paid. Meanwhile these invoices have been paid a long time ago and i've been trying to send them these invoices but no one looks at the messages, there's no way to phone a real person either, even though there's a number provided it takes you to a chat bot. Absolutely PATHETIC!!
