Pathetic Appalling service from booking.com and 6 La Toinette Ballito

Terrible experience using booking.com. I booked 6 La Toinette in Ballito and messaged the owner Cameron to find out about the booking, he told me I would get the keys on the day and fill a form. The night before checking in, I messaged him again, no response and after travelling 700kms an hour before check in, I called him and he says I've been double booked and need to look for alternative accomodation. Booking.com did not even bother to help me look for alternative accomodation, call centre staff were so rude and not empathetic. They just cancelled my booking and told me to book something else. Never again will I use booking.com, they will leave you stranded. Them and the owners of the properties
