Pathetic

This company is pathetic! I have made two different bookings with them and paid in full. Both occasions arrive at venue and it has either not been booked or they canceled it but still took my money! To get hold of them is impossible! NEVER will I EVER use this company again! Stay away from them! I am still trying to get hold of them to refund my last trip as when I got to my accommodation it had not been paid by bookings. Com and I had to pay again. Absolutely USELESS!
