Parking on sight

We booked through bookings.com for a night stay at Door 54 at Plettenberg Bay on Wednesday 9 April 2026. On bookings.com sight they indicated that there is on sight parking. When we arrived we were told we had to park off sight. We asked if they could make plan as we had a lot in our car and they said we had to park outside. The conversation got quiet heated and the owner was very aggressive and threatened my husband. I thought he was going to hit my husband. We were told to get off the property and there would not be a refund. The amount on bookings.com was R810.00 and were charged R880.00. We want a refund.
