Pandemic help... Pathetic

My first Hello Peter review and i am not happy to have to resort to this. We have various establishments in Souht Africa which we do marketing and reservations for. Booking.com has closed all our properties due to non-payment however 99% of the invoices is for a commission charged on guests during lockdown who hasnt travelled OR paid and just never cancelled their reservations.

Ontop of this the establishments are reflecting on booking.com but booking.com is insisting that our properties are closed which is not true thus making us loose bookings.

We are all in a pandemic and struggling to survive and we do not need this extra stress and drama.

Please sort out your department as the service is shocking!!
