Pain and suffering and I want my refund

He'llopeter is Emily I booked on line and I get the confirmation email *** is from 3 May till 5 May 2024 .I phone the Durban penthouse on the way yesterday telling that we not gonna arrive at 3 we already late to check in I talk to Barry and he said to me I must phone when I'm 10 minutes away from the Penthouse.When we arrive I phone and he said he's going to tell Faith and he ask me for the booking confirmation number I send via watsup he confirm my name and surname but he change the story that booking .com did bookings for five people same apartment then I start panicking because we drove all the way from Pretoria for this .He phone booking .com to ask them but there was no luck because he said it was not his fault he told me he will give us accomodation from 10 South and we must pay R3200.00 and mind due we already paid R2633 to booking .com then my night was spoiler and my vacation so I want my refund because I had to pay again and more than I paid and the accomodation is not up to standard please help me
