Paid for services I did not receive

I was ****med I paid full price and got my booking confirmation for a non refundable when I arrived at check in time after speaking to the hostess who confirmed I should come when I arrived I was told there’s no rooms available I paid for the place and because of their incompetence I had to make more plans and spend more money I request I get back the money I paid for the services I did not receive
