Paid But Didn't Get Booking

I searched through the website for available bookings, everything was fine until I found the booking I was interested and put in my card information and made the payment! Only to find that it said there was a technical error and the booking wasn't made even after the payment was deducted from my account!! They say they will give me a refund but I am still waiting! Don't know if I would ever use them again after an experience like this. That's what you call an appalling payment system
