OVERATTED HOTEL

Booking.com is completely overrating properties and under-delivering on consumer protection. I booked a premium suite at the Blue Marlin Hotel via Booking.com for my 27th wedding anniversary. The suite (Room 301) was pathetic, outdated, and lacked basic amenities. When the hotel downgraded us to a standard room, they refused to refund the price difference. Booking.com takes zero accountability for the room tier mismatch and contract breach. They let *****ulent listings stay up while ignoring paying customers. Unacceptable."
