Over booking...

Booking.com has disappointment me, in a way I cannot describe. Cancelled 2 of my bookings in 1 week, they accepted the money while the place has been taken. Today I had to return while at reception, I was advised the unit has no power supply. Luckily my money was transferred back to me, immediately. I have since deleted the App. Never again.
