Outstanding commision payment

I have a guesthouse been doing business with Booking.com for 3 years always received my monthly payouts. I have not been paid for 4 months i have made several 10+ calls to customer service and finance department…..NO SUCCESS!! No feedback from Booking.com I have also tried via email sent several emails… COULD SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST??!
