OPERATE IN BAD FAITH

This company took money from me for a reservation and later sent me an email that my booking has not been confirmed. No reason was provided. The refund is to take 7-12 days when it took me an hour to pay them.

I am now stranded, in debt, without accommodation in a City I am totally unfami**** with. This is totally unacceptable, and I need a Lawyer to help me chase them and hold them accountable.
