Online book yourself, not with booking.com

Never again, not going to waste my time with too many words on them, , but, would rather book direct, zero customer service, deviois low prices, not opaque, they don't care, online booking system, flawed, cost me lots of money, embarassment at a foreign airport, x 3, stay far away, rather book direct!!...
