One bad apple can mean Booking.com Staff are Terrible

I am a booking.com partner and own an apartment complex Ezulwini Executive Apartments, where we make use of booking.com as a platform to sell our rooms.

I have a serious complaint about a lady by the Name of Nancy who works for booking.com and who calls me from a kenya number + ********** 38914 who is extremely rude and obnoxious.

I have never spoken to a more unprofessional person in my life. I recommend that people like this be removed from speaking to partners as she is giving Booking.com a very bad name.

I have never had an issue with booking.com until this woman started calling me and I do not wish to be contacted by her anymore.

I asked her to have my account moved and to speak to her supervisor and she said both were not possible.

Please help to ensure that I no longer have to deal with such incompetence and useless people.
