Once bitten twice shy/ these guys are nasty

When a mistake is made by the service provider or the accomodation affiliate in this case 13 on 2nd in Herm**** a resolution was dragged out despite me following their instructions and ultimately the booking was cancelled because that's what they can do... not because of anything I did wrong. In this case I blame both Bookings.com and 13 on 2nd in Herm**** for not being willing to resolve. A gift to my parents that by the doings of these people turned into an absolute nightmare of note.

I further see how bad the reviews are for Bookings.com... makes one rethink
