On Wednesday 30 Aug 2023 we arrived in Durban at 11h00am.. We made a reservation before 12 at seabreeze to stay one night. We arrived there after one and called the caretaker. When she got there she said we must pay a deposit of R750 and we paid R648. 50 via EFT. We didn't know about the deposit as well and we cancelled the booking. The time span between booking and cancelling was +-2hours. I called booking. Com and the lady said she will get back to us, which she never did. We emailed the owner of the property and called, but up to date we haven't had any response from them. I'm still waiting on my refund.
