Oasis Propert poor accommodation Ballito

If you are thinking of using Booking.com, I suggest you think twice. We booked a 14 day holiday thru booking.com with Oasis Properties. Worst decision I have ever made. From day one, our stay was a nightmare. OASIS Properties were not very sympathetic and did not seem to care on the accommodation issues we had. Fortunately I took photos which they received, but ignored. They have holiday units in Ballito but they are based in Gauteng and manage from Gauteng?I also logged a complaint with booking.com, also no response.
