Not what was advertised

Disappointed is an understatement...

We arrived at Blue BnB in Ballito with enthusiasm and excitement due to the beautiful pictures on bookings.com of the guesthouse. The owner wasn't present so the cleaners took us to the room. Firstly I was completely perplexed how dirty the place was. We opened the door of our room and it literally looked like an hospital bed with a duvet. There was no tiles, just *****t as flooring and the bathroom and kitchen was not even part of the room. The cleaner had the odasity to mentioned that he did not clean everything due to his lunch break and this was after they indicated our room is ready. He saw our faces and quickly indicated that this is the low budget rooms but I promise you a normal back packer apartment will look 200% better...

They wanted to upgrade us in a better room but to be honest we were so disappointed with the false adverti*****t of the guesthouse so we requested a refund.

We will never recommend the place and it just warned us that the quality of some photos are so misleading and it ruined the setting and vibe of our stay in Ballito.
