Not refunding me on a 100% refundable booking

Good day,<br> <br> I am extremely unhappy!!!! I made a booking at Sainte Anne Seychelles which has a 100% refundable cancellation policy. I canceled a month ago and the hotel informed me that the already refunded me and the money should reflect in my account within a month. Now a month later, the money is not in my account and the hotel is requesting my banking details and let me know they never did the refund as they said. It is more than a month later and I still need R13 000 refunded. This is theft!!! I'm expecting this to be resolved asap or I need to press charges for theft.
