Not Refunded

I booked at mkhandi self catering through booking com they cancelled the bookings, I was refunded but there was a remaining balance, I lodged a complain to booking com they asked me to send a proof which I did several times because the money was deposited at the Atm into the lodge's account, booking com promised that they will refund me in 3 to 5 days after 5 days I called they told me to re-submit a proof again I'm tired of calling and submitting
