Not publishing full review of visited resort

Booking.com claims to place full reviews of their customers' experiences at visited places of accommodation, yet, my review was listed without my comments or photo's. This makes me apprehensive to book through them again, as it makes me wonder how many other negative reviews might be filtered, as mine was. Also, this filtering makes it impossible for the place where we stayed to revert, and to consider possible improvements. The reason why I usually prefer to book through a reputable online portal, is because I trust that they will (as claimed) give me the full picture of everybody's experiences. As per Booking.com's guidelines for fair reviews, my review did not include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. They claim to, whether negative or positive, post every comment in full, as quickly as possible, after being moderated to comply with Booking.com's guidelines, and to provide transparency over the status of submitted content. So if my review contained anything not adhering to this, why not contact me and see how we can edit the review appropriately for all audiences? Instead they posted my rating without any of my comments - how is this helpful to any party concerned? And so I can not expect any feedback from the place where we stayed either. Booking.com kept reminding me to please write a review - why? They do not acknowledge their client's experience in full and filter negative feedback to protect who?
