<p>My husband booked a 4 nights accommodation Sunday evening at the Regency Hotel which is under the Amalfi Hotel, which is quite confusing at first as the pictures for both Hotels is the same. After reading the bad reviews and looking at the actual pictures a client posted of how it looks my husband decided to cancel the accommodation as they conveniently deducted the money but did not care to contact or email him. So as the booking was made for the 26-29 August and the cancellation was made yesterday we request the money back as no one cared to even call back. </p>

Hello Peter use to be so effecient and companies responded so quick but I've noticed that has all changed.
As for Booking.com, I will not make use of them nor refer anyone to them.
I however found a much reliable and trusted booking agency that I'll refer all my family and friends too.
