not honest entirely

i book with them in july 2017 for jan 2018 with lamontagne Hotel in Durban and my credit card was debited same day R1530 that,s fine.now my problem is when u make a booking the y say FREE CANCELLATION yesterday i cancelled my booking due to personal problems and they can refund anymore y i don't understand cos it says clearway on their site that FREE CANCELLATION A WEEK BEFORE .THAT IT IS TRULY UNFAIR AND UNTRUTHFUL im very DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE AND PROMISES .
