Nonexistent service to hosts

I am a host with a listing on Booking.com for past 17 years. Customer (as host) service nonexistent. Impossible to speak to an actual person, chatbots keep going in circles. No answer, no replies, no solutions! I overpaid my invoice, still my listing gets suspended due to unpaid invoice!!! Crazy. And still they take 15% commission. I HATE BOOKING.COM
