No response Booking.com

Hi my husband and I made a booking through Book.com in 2020 but sue to Covid we had to cancel. I cannot get hold of them to either get my money back or get the booking reinstated. They were quick to take our full payment but now I can not get anyone to come back to me. This is theft in my eyes.
