No Refund till this day and they don’t care.

I used to love booking.com but I have 2 refunds that were not paid. I made a booking and they processed the money giving me confirmations only to find that I had no reservation at Rue’s place and The Manse in King William’s Town. I was very stranded that night. I sent them an email. Till this day I don’t have my refund.
