No Refund and Appalling Service from this "company"

Stay far away from this "service provider". They have taken my money and refuse to refund me for a booking that never happened.

I have been a loyal genius level 2 member but that counts for precious little when resolving any query. You end up being pushed from pillar to post with no resolution. All of the hallmarks of a ****my company sadly.
