No refund after a month

I made a booking with a establishment the 27 december.payment was made and taken off my account.only to find out when arrived at establishment it doesnt exist. In querying to get my money back was told would take 7 to 15 days.with continously messages kept getting told by consultation they dealing with it and would take 30 days.well am still waiting for refund have sent 3 messages again and NO REPLY back at all.and this is supposed to be a well organized booking company
