No refund after 23 days and counting!

I cancelled a booking 23 days ago on booking.com for a full refund of more than R33 000

I have not received my refund and booking.com support is providing different info on my refund via email and via phone calls.

The support staff cannot provide information requested for on my refund. Over the last 3 months this app has been going south with many issues around bookings and refunds

I am deleting this app once i get my refund
