No refund.

I am very disappointed with booking.com I had recently booked with them Luxor for 4 nights and it was free cancellation booking.I changed my booking from 4 nights to 3 and I was supposed to get refunded for the 1 night I cancelled it's been close to two weeks and I haven't received my refund.I had sent them and email and haven't received any response.
