No query response and unable to make telephonic contact

Trying to contact this company for clarity for unauthorized third transaction for a booking made for the 27/12/2024. Telephone contact is impossible and queries left on the site are unanswered. They say on the website the customer services teams is always available., NOT TRUE AT ALL
