NO ONE SHOULD USE BOOKINGS.COM

No one should use booking.com, I booked with free cancellation, money deducted the next day from my credit card, this was on the 4th of September. I have since cancelled my bookings, received a confirmation of the cancellation, $700.00 is a lot of money for a South African. Bookings.com is saying the property who is Pili Pili Tropical in Zanzibar deducted the moeny and the property is saying bookings.com have deducted the money, They completely reneged on their 5 business day refund poilcy, I cannot seem to get a straight answer from anyone, I have called, emailed, messaged - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...I have now contacted my bank as I suspect this to be *****.
