No means to contact bookings.com to cancel a booking they have already debited money for.

Confirmation number *** Booking Reference ***

I made a car hire through bookings.com on 14Mar21. Something has come up and want to cancel the booking. Their website requires me to put in booking reference and a pin which I was supposed to receive by email but have not. Because I do not have that information, I am unable to cancel the booking. The only reference I have is on the rental voucher and that reference is useless without the said pin.

Their call center number as well requires those details before I could get to an agent. So I am stuck, unable to cancel the booking.

Bookings.com has already debited my account the booking amount. I am now at risk of losing that money because I have no means to contact bookings.com for cancelation.
