No idea what service is about

Pathetic experience with booking.com, I booked a 16 sleeper accommodation 3 weeks in advance and it was canceled without my knowledge with no attempt to contact me or get me similar quality replacement. I now have to tell my 13 guests that I no longer have accommodation for this weekend!
