No help from Booking.com

We had a terrible experience with booking.com this Dec. We arrived at our paid destination at Uilkrallsmond unit 4 on the 26 th Dec, just to be told that nobody knew about our arrival. The resort would not allow us to enter. We contacted all the numbers given on Booking.com numerous times without any success. I ve been trying to reach booking.com with no effect. We had to look for another place to stay for our family of 6. Because it was High season, we had to pay double the amount we were prepared to pay. We need booking.com to repay us or contact us ASAP!!
