NO HELP AT ALL

my apartment is on Booking.com someone at Booking.com change my listing its suppose to be under STRAND they change it to CAPE TOWN. I phoned 5 times took hours and nobody change it. the last guy i spoke to said he doesn't understand English. does anybody knows who can help me please.
