My daughter made a booking on booking.com which required submission of debit card details. Subsequently her banking data was leaked which resulted in *****sters cancelling her booking and re-booking accommodation at a different venue which was then utilized. When she informed booking.com she was informed to take up the matter with her bank. For future customers, it is important to note that booking.com make debit card withdrawals without approval or authorization. In addition, they don't do any identify verification to safeguard potential ***** victims. Complaining serves no purpose as it is a virtual company based in Amsterdam
