No customer service

I made a holiday booking with booking.com and payed it in full immediately. That evening i phoned the property to find out some things, they did not answer. I send the property a whatsapp that they also did not answer. I mailed them, also with no luck. The next morning i still did not get a reply and i contacted booking.com to cancel my booking as i can not stay with fools like that. They dod cancel but told me to wait 7-15days for my refund. This is utter nonesence as they took my money immediately from my account but now i have to wait for the refund. I need to use that money to make another booking ASAP. PLEASE PEOPLE dont use these clowns to make bookings, there are alot of other places to book with
