NO CONTACT INFO!!!! PATHETIC SERVICE

There is no way of contacting Bookings. There is no email no number. Complete absent customer service. I made a booking through them. An hour before getting to the place they send me it was a mistake they are fully booked but I already paid and booking.com needs to refund me. I had to book another place pay again and still haven't received any correspondence from booking.com. pathetic and no way of contacting them only the property. I am so disgusted with this damn platform and business.
