No cancellation fee - totally untrue

<p>I booked accommodation in Phi Phi Island, specially with Booking.com because they offer the option of pay later or no cancellation fee, within few days money was taken off our credit card and we are not even able to travel to Thailand. I reported the matter to Booking.com and i am still waiting for a reply, money is lost without any reason or excuse</p> <p> </p>
