NO AFTER SERVICE MY BOOKING NUMBER: ***

THEY ***** YOUR MONEY! I booked through Bookings.com to sleep over at PROTEA HOTEL MARIOTT IN BLOEMFONTEINT WILLOW LAKE, paid R1459.45 for 2 January 2025. On 31 December we had a problem and needed to change the Booking to 1 January 2025. They said there is NO ROOMS AVAILABLE. When I phoned the Hotel, they told me there is plenty rooms available and I can book directly with them. Which I did. I canceled the booking of 2 January 2025 and of the R1459.45 they refunded me R14.45???? I was trying to get hold of them and wrote queries from 31 December, up to now no one even responded. Very Disappointed. Do not use Bookings.com. They just take your money and there is no Service!
