Nightmare booking

I booked this property in Turffontein called Saint Lucia Guest house, what a bad idea. So I booked through booking.com, they did not even give us the room number. We got there checked in and we were given room 4 which was decent. We went out with my partner to get some food, when we came back they wanted to relocate us to room 8 which smelled awful and did not even have a wardrobe, mind you we were booked for 3 nights. We were told to add R300 to keep room 4. When we made a booking there was only one room left. They said we should cancel because they knew there's no refund. We had to make a deal to sleep 2 nights. On Saturday 03:20 there was noise, someone banging the door for over 30 mins. Security had to be called in, that showed that there's no security in that place people can come at any given time meaning even ****s can just come in, there's no security measures in place and worse part is booking.com does not have support in place.
