NEVER use booking.com

Upon arrival at THE HIDE IN RANDBURG there was a lady standing outside at the gate who was wearing only a see through top (no bottom) waiting for a man in a car in the road... Meanwhile another lady with a shower cap on and wine in hand yells "Auntie, customer.."... How unprofessional??? Then the half naked one runs back to her room bare bottim jiggling past us! In my opinion it Iooked like *** was being exchanged for money there.. We immediately canceled and was forced to drive around looking for other accommodation... The good rating on bookings.com is NOT what I experienced. 10 days after cancelation, still no refund.... Booking.com simply said I must contact the facility to receive my refund that was taken by bookings.com? They are quick to take money, but leaving me to sort out my refund, who the property representative now only wants to refund 70% of the full amount??
