Never use Booking.com !

Booking.com charged me a whole extra R8700 for a booking that I didn’t even have. They are now claiming that I have 2 accounts which I do have but only one account had a booking for R3346. Why was I charged another R8700? Crazy???! I’m personally never using them again. Rather I book on the hotel website and pay more than be ****med by this platform again.
