NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND/ALMOST SLEPT ON THE STREET

NEVER EVER USE BOOKING.COM

I booked in November 2021 and paid full amount for 3nights at the Pavillion Hotel in Durban. I kept receiving notification about my stay, but to my surprise when i arrived the receptionist said my booking was cancelled and booking.com was notified to book me elsewhere as the hotel was fully booked.

I called booking .com and was advised to book somewhere myself and i will be refunded. Imagine now going around Durban at night in December looking for a hotel as all hotels were fully booked. I almost slept on the street :(

I luckily got a lovely hotel which was 20minutes away from North beach, i had to again drive past 10pm. I praise God i decided to drive with my car instead of taking a flight as it came in handy. Thank's to Emakhosini Lodge i was accomodated.

After the trip i was requested by booking.com to forward proof of payment regarding where i slept for 3nights, then i will receive my refund.

UP UNTIL FEBRUARY 2022 I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CENT!!! I AM STILL VERY MUCH ANGRY
